Kōz on BelRed is located in the Spring district of Bellevue within a ten minute walk of the Bel-Red/130th Station on the Link light rail 2 line. This project was first to qualify with the City of Bellevue for the recently adopted Micro-Apartments Land Use Code Amendment based on workforce affordable housing metrics. The site is located mid-block between NE Spring Avenue and Bellevue-Redmond Road.
