Director of Operations - Koz Properties
Heaven is Director of Operations for South Washington. Her responsibilities include overseeing the South Washington Properties, hiring/onboarding, all housing compliance within Koz Properties and software support.
Heaven has worked in Property Management since 2010. She started as a leasing agent for conventional apartments then transitioned to senior housing. These experiences allowed her the opportunity to grow and flourish in the property management industry. Heaven has been with Koz Properties since February 2019 and looks forward to helping the company grow.
When Heaven is not working, she enjoys time with her two boys and husband. She loves cooking, crafts and binge watching her favorite shows.
