KŌZ ON N MLK WAY: 824 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Tacoma, Washington

Kōz on N MLK Way is located equal distances between Tacoma's two hospital districts and along the free street car line which is currently being extended along MLK Jr. Way.  The project is also within walking/biking distance of Tacoma's University of Washington Campus.   To encourage car-free living, the project will house electric cars, scooters and bikes parked in the secured garage that will be available to our residents.
