Kyle joined Kōz in 2021 with 13 years experience in the real estate and property management industry specializing in market trends, excellence in building maintenance and resident experience, and coaching teams. Kyle received his California real estate license in 2015 and has partnered with the local Communities and Apartment Associations to implement a better living experience for his families.
Kyle's experience operating class A-C developments in California is now focused in the Portland market for Koz Properties where he loves working closely with his residents on a first name basis and believes in teamwork to get the job done.
Kyle's personal time goes towards spending time with family and friends, playing golf, exercise, and his Boerboel puppy named Carmine.
