An urban development achieving maximum density on tiny site.
Derby South Lake Union is a 47-unit micro housing development located in the Amazon.com dominant area of South Lake Union in Seattle, WA. The project provides affordable studio apartments in a location largely vacant of this type of housing. It is built on an extremely constrained 3,600 sf site and was entitled through full Design Review Board approval. Derby is capitalized through Ascentris Real Estate Private Equity and Kōz Development.
