Kōz at Aviva Crossing

Kōz at Aviva Crossing is a 226-unit multifamily housing development located across the street from Tacoma Community College in Tacoma, WA. When complete, this project will deliver studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in a location suitable for students as well as other retail and service workers. Developed in partnership with the Tacoma Housing Authority and Mercy Housing, Kōz at Aviva Crossing provides a naturally occurring affordability component to another more traditional, Low Income Tax Credit affordable project being developed concurrently.
