Kōz at the Dome

Kōz at the Dome is a 152-unit multifamily housing development located just 1 block from the Tacoma Dome Station, a major regional transportation hub, in Tacoma, WA. It delivers a variety of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, many utilizing a creative mezzanine loft configuration to provide additional living space within a small footprint. A transfer of development rights was utilized to achieve greater density on the project during entitlement. Koz at the Dome was originally capitalized through Sound Community Bank, AMC Investments, and retail investors syndicated through Kōz Development. It was recapitalized as part of a broader portfolio transaction, providing investor distributions and retiring the construction loan. Koz Development continues to own a minority stake in the project.
