Mountain View Hall

Mountainview Hall is a 120-unit student housing project located on private property adjacent to Everett Community College in Everett, WA. It is comprised of 119 single-occupancy studios, shared kitchens, and a resident director studio apartment. Kōz Development secured a master-lease from Everett Community College prior to development, greatly minimizing risk and enhancing the financial model while providing a predictable housing choice for the college. Mountainview Hall was originally capitalized through Pacific Continental Bank and retail investors syndicated by Kōz Development. It was sold in 2018.
