Kōz on Baseline

Kōz on Baseline is a 2-building, 337-unit multifamily and affordable senior housing project located next to Pacific University Health Professions Campus and the Tuality Hospital light rail station of the MAX Blue Line in Hillsboro, OR. Consisting of studio, one- and two- bedroom apartments for both a workforce and senior population, it is being developed through a Disposition and Development Agreement with the Hillsboro Economic Development Council. The project will be anchored by a much-needed local grocery store. It is in a Qualified Opportunity Zone providing tax benefits to prospective investors.
