Kōz on BelRed

Kōz on BelRed is a 188-unit multifamily housing project located within the newly designated and popular Spring District in Bellevue, WA. When complete, the project will deliver studio, one- and two- bedroom apartments and parking for 35 vehicles. It takes advantage of a new zoning code provision for micro housing a well as additional affordability provisions allowing the density needed to ensure a financially viable project. Entitlements include required approval through the City of Bellevue Design Review process.
