Kōz on Bickford

Kōz on Bickford is an 89-unit mixed-use multifamily housing project located along a major commercial corridor with bus service in the Seattle submarket of Snohomish, WA. The project provides studio, one- and two- bedroom apartments alongside commercial self-storage and office uses, one of which being the Koz Development corporate headquarters. The project utilized development rights from co-owned neighboring properties allowing a higher residential density than that immediately allowed by right.
