Kōz on Interstate

Kōz on Interstate is a 154-unit mixed-use multifamily housing project located immediately adjacent to the North Killingsworth Street light rail station on the MAX Yellow line in Portland, OR. The project delivers studio, one- and two- bedroom apartments in a variety of configurations including ground level, direct courtyard access units. In addition, significant speculative retail shell space was developed at the ground level of this highly visible corner location. The design was subject to Portland’s Type II Design Review process and significant offsite power improvements were required. Construction was completed under budget and very close to on schedule. Kōz on Interstate was capitalized through ORIX USA, AMC Investments and retail investors syndicated by Kōz Development.
