Kōz on N Broadway

Kōz on North Broadway is a 124-unit micro housing development located adjacent to Everett Community College in Everett, WA. Studio apartments were developed on this site that required one parking space per two units per code. The geometry of the site did not allow for that ratio, so a mechanical parking system was employed allowing all 62 parking spaces to be located on site. Kōz on North Broadway was originally capitalized through Coastal Community Bank and retail investors syndicated through Kōz Development. It was recapitalized as part of a broader portfolio transaction, providing investor distributions and retiring the construction loan. Kōz Development continues to own a minority stake in the project.
