Kōz on NE Sandy Boulevard

Kōz on NE Sandy Boulevard is a 112-unit mixed-use multifamily housing development located in the popular Hollywood neighborhood in Portland, OR. A mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments focused on the local work force are provided in this mixed-use building also housing a branch location of Rivermark Credit Union. A small number of covered parking spaces, as well as a drive-through for the credit union were incorporated into the design on this site. Permit approval was subject to Portland’s Type II Design Review. Kōz on NE Sandy Boulevard was capitalized through M&T Bank, AMC Investments, and retail investors syndicated by Kōz Development. The construction loan was refinanced with Pioneer Trust Bank.
