Kōz on NW 16th

Kōz on NW 16th is an 80-unit micro housing development located in the Slabtown community in Portland, OR. Originally designed and built to accommodate students in master-leased housing for a local art college, the 80 studios were planned as double-occupancy units. Upon closure of the college and cancellation of the master lease, the facility changed to more traditional apartment use. Kōz on NW 16th was capitalized through ORIX USA, AMC Investments and retail investors syndicated by Kōz Development.
