Kōz on State Street

Kōz on State Street is a 146-unit mixed-use, multifamily housing development located in the downtown Historic District in Salem, OR. The project delivered needed new studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments to a community with little new rental housing having been developed in recent years. The project received the 2021 Ben Maxwell award for an outstanding example of new construction in a historic district. Kōz on State Street was capitalized through Homestreet Bank and several local investors syndicated by Kōz Development.
