Kōz on Weaver Road

Kōz on Weaver Road is a 100-unit nonsupported, age restricted multifamily housing development located near a commercial corridor in Snohomish, WA. The project delivers studio, one- and two- bedroom compact and affordable apartments in a community lacking in new secure options for seniors. Incorporating a variety of common activity rooms and providing convenient on-site parking has yielded a property that has experienced almost zero vacancy over its life to date. Development rights were shared by an adjacent business park owned by the primary investor in the project to allow the density needed to make the project feasible. Kōz on Weaver was capitalized through Coastal Community Bank and retail investors syndicated by Kōz Development. Permanent agency financing has since been placed on the asset.
