Kōz at Othello Station

Kōz at Othello Station is a 131-unit mixed-use multifamily housing development located in the transitioning Othello neighborhood in Seattle, WA. The project provides studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in a variety of configurations to an area that is redeveloping due to the recent completion of the Seattle Link light rail which is immediately adjacent to this property. A large mural derived from characteristics of the community was commissioned for the north façade of the building.
