A carefully crafted infill development in an established neighborhood.
Kōz Uptown is a 169-unit multifamily housing development located in the popular and established Uptown neighborhood (formerly Lower Queen Anne) just a few blocks from Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, WA. The project delivers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments to the neighborhood incorporating several full 2- story units engaging the sidewalk and enhancing the local pedestrian experience. Stringent Design Review by city staff resulted in rigorous and creative façade development meeting requirements, standards, and the somewhat less objective viewpoints needing navigation to achieve approval. Kōz Uptown is capitalized through Goldman Sachs Bank, MSquared, and several retail investors syndicated by Kōz Development.
