Kōz on Wetmore

Kōz on Wetmore is a 169-unit multifamily housing development located in beautiful downtown Everett, WA. When complete, the project will deliver studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments together with structured parking for 99 vehicles. Building height was maximized for this project’s construction type, providing parking entirely above ground, to achieve nearly unobstructed views from the homes of the Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains. Kōz on Wetmore was capitalized through Coastal Community Bank, MSquared, and retail investors syndicated by Kōz Development.
